Welcoming Your Groodle
When you're ready to welcome a McLaren Groodle into your life, we invite you to complete our Puppy Application. From there, we’ll be in touch with details about upcoming litters and what to expect.
Once your litter arrives, you'll receive regular photo updates from birth through to 8 weeks, and we encourage you to ask questions at any stage—your confidence and comfort mean everything to us.
At 6 weeks of age, selected families are warmly welcomed into our home to meet the puppies and choose their new companion. After 8 weeks, it’s time for your fur baby to join your family. Each puppy will be:

Vaccinated, microchipped, and thoroughly vet-checked

Raised with care in a nurturing home environment

Ready to transition smoothly into yours
We ask that all puppies be desexed at the appropriate age, generally around 12 months, as advised by your veterinarian. Desexing supports your puppy’s long-term health and helps prevent unwanted behaviours.
Our puppies are placed in pet homes only—we believe in responsible ownership and lifelong commitment.
At McLaren Groodles, our care doesn’t stop when your puppy leaves our home. We're here for ongoing support, guidance, and resources, fostering lasting connections with every family we welcome into our community.
Nurturing from Birth
At McLaren Groodles, we believe a confident, well-adjusted dog begins with a loving, intentional start. That’s why our puppy care approach is built on gentle exposure, hands-on care, and a deep commitment to wellbeing.
From day one, our pups are raised in the heart of our home—immersed in the everyday rhythms of family life. They’re gradually introduced to household sounds like vacuum cleaners, radios, and passing quad bikes, cars, tractors, helping them build comfort and resilience in real-world environments.
At 3 to 4 weeks, there nursery gets bigger, and we begin gentle weaning—transitioning to milk supplement, Lifewise kibble, with Lyka meals added once milk feeding ends. During this stage, we introduce sensory toys that encourage exploration through texture, colour, and scent, supporting cognitive and emotional development in a safe, nurturing space.
As they grow, so does their world. From 5 to 8 weeks, our pups enjoy daily outdoor play—feeling grass under their paws, soaking up sunshine, and exploring natural elements like logs, tunnels, and sandpits. These experiences foster balance, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
We also gently expand their social circle, introducing them to our other groodle residence, friendly farm animals like chickens, Guinea Fowl, cats, and our cheeky mini cows. These calm, positive interactions help build emotional resilience and social awareness.
By the time our puppies head to their forever homes, they’ve been thoughtfully prepared for everyday life—through structured enrichment, ethical care, and a whole lot of love. It’s our promise to give every Groodle the best possible start, grounded in trust, transparency, and a genuine passion for their wellbeing.
